Echinacea Flower Rhs. Coral rays with dark coral red cone. Introduced by Terra Nova Nurseries this two-toned double flower has a ruffle of salmon-colored rays under a ball of dark coral-red.
There are many cultivars of the species ranging in height and colour and size of cone. This unique Echinacea produces showy rose-purple blooms that last throughout the summer even without deadheading. Available to order from late summer.
That is a bit of a misnomer as not every Echinacea has purple flowers.
